Machine Learning Engineer

The Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer in the robotics industry, you will be responsible for developing and deploying intelligent ML solutions which enhance robotic systems, autonomous decision-making, and industrial automation across environments such as smart manufacturing, warehouse automation, autonomous vehicles, and robotic platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for robotics use cases such as autonomous navigation, object detection, robotic vision, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and motion optimization
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for training, validation, simulation, and real-time inference in robotic environments
• Implement robust data preprocessing, sensor fusion, feature engineering, and transformation workflows tailored to robotics and IoT data
• Collaborate with robotics engineers, software engineers, embedded engineers, and data teams to integrate ML solutions into robotic systems
• Develop and optimize computer vision and perception systems using technologies such as cameras, LiDAR, radar, and depth sensors
• Contribute to MLOps practices including CI/CD, model versioning, reproducibility, monitoring, and observability

Your Profile

• 2–6+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience building and deploying ML pipelines in production environments
• Familiarity with robotics frameworks and tools such as ROS/ROS2, OpenCV, or NVIDIA Isaac is a strong plus
• Experience with computer vision, sensor fusion, SLAM, or autonomous systems
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts including ETL/ELT workflows, streaming pipelines, and IoT/sensor data processing
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
